These parts are intended for replacements of broken/lost parts, not as spares. Our breakage rate is currently at 1.3% and you should not need a spare part in hand (the likelihood of losing a spare part is higher than of breaking a rod).

The cost of the 1 part + shipping is calculated to be the same as our warranty claim.

If you lost your rod screw cap, plug , or case, or if you broke your rod tip, you may now order them here. This will save you time and money for warranty claims (no more need to go to a post office, pay for postage and waste the extra days to get the rod to us by mailing it). We'll simply send you a rod tip set, which includes the 3 top segments, needed for your rod, along with instructions, so you may replace the rod tip yourself.
The prices reflected on these spare parts are necessary to cover shipping and handling costs, and will reflect the same handling charges as our warranty. If you're ordering the spare part because your rod broke, shipping will be an additional $1.50, for a total of $8.5 charge.

If you feel your rod broke due to the product quality, or it's a defective rod, or if you simply want us to do fix it for you, please print out this pdf form and mail the rod back to us - please mail using a service with tracking information, we're not responsible for rods lost in the mail!
