Shipping:
All orders placed before 10:30AM MST (GMT -8) are shipped the same business day. After that cutoff time, we ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer ground shipping as well as 2-day shipping.
Ground service will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, the carrier is chosen automatically by our system based on best shipping carrier for your delivery address. Most orders arrive in 3 – 7 business days.
2-day shipping is shipped via UPS 2nd day, Fedex 2nd day or USPS Express.

International Shipping
All shipments originate in the the US and are subject to customs/duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping rates are variable based on country and service. These are available during checkout.
Most orders arrive within 10 business days, but there are potential delays based on country and other factors. For customs inquiries, you may contact your country’s customs (HS Tariff code for rods: 950710.
Lost Shipments
If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered), please contact our Customer Support team at info@tenkarausa.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note, a package is not considered lost until a missing parcel claim has been filed and confirmed by the postmaster. Once the carrier confirms that the package is no longer in transit and is considered lost, we will proceed with the next steps.
Tenkara USA is not responsible for theft once the package has been marked as delivered. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check all potential safe locations around your property.
- Verify with household members or neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf.
- Contact your mail carrier directly.
