I'm going to bet that is a Sakura Seki Rei, http://www.tenkara-fisher.com/p/sakuraorder-information-for-north.html. If you send a message to Adam Trahan he will definitely be able to tell you.

I believe Dr. Tom Davis ( from the tetontenkara blog) correctly identified the rod used as a Shimotsuke Mai rod with a longer handle on the 10 Colors Tenkara forum three months ago. Tom wrote you can see the best view of the rod at 9:53 in the part 1 video.

Mr. Amano Katsutoshi is credited as being the Tenkara expert professional supervisor who developed the Shimotsuke Mai and Ten rods on the Shimotsuke website. テンカラ名人天野勝利プロ監修に・よるテンカラロッド。[Tenkara meijin Amano Katsutoshi puro kanshū ni yoru tenkararoddo.]

The Mai and Ten rods are listed as his tackle of choice on the Oni blog too.

The one in the video definitely has a longer handle than the one Tom reviewed. I came close to buying the Mai, months ago but then decided I really didn't need it.
