Haven't been able to fish lately since wrestling season started, so here's Golden Knothead Trout on my Amago in the front yard. It puts a good bend on the Amago.

Golden Knothead still looks great, even after being caught and released dozens of times.

:D thanks Jeremy!. It's funny how different the game
on land with a wooden fish is compared to the real
thing on water, then at the same time it feels a lot like you
Are actually playing a real fish in your yard.
---Couldn't add a photo too, I'll try tomorrow. Says the files to big?---

Thanks Jeremy, I liked Rooster fish a lot.
Reminded me of all those Swordfish hung up on walls.
The wood really showed beautiful character.

Got a little more done on Knothead Trout 15 (Yamame). The wood is really full of character too. The shaping and weight removal continues.

So far the biggest Knothead, Yamame is turning out good.
Got some done today with the warmth of the sun on me.
It's been cold and wet here for weeks.

First coat applied! This #15 Yamame Trout has pleased me with its look and feel both in hand and during testing.

Sorry if my wood carved Tenkara game offends anyone. I made these carvings to add enjoyment as a hone and fun way to teach and practice my favorite way to fish when water and fish weren't available.
