Our 1% for the Planet Trout

Tenkara USA has pledged to donate at least 1% of its sales to support environmental conservation, particularly small-stream conservation. And, we'll give as much energy as we can in supporting the environment.
This is a forum to discuss where we can have the biggest impact and to discuss what is going on so that we can participate and help out.

Our 1% for the Planet Trout

Daniel,

I think that your choices for the 1% plus donation are great. As a long time member of TU and the past president of two different chapters I applaud your selections. The amount may not be huge but the committment to support these environmental organizations is admirable.

Keep up the good work.
Mark

Thank you Mark.

And I should say here, that we are always looking for tips on projects and organizations we should direct funds to. If you feel strongly that any organization devoted to protecting streams needs some money and are doing good work, don't hesitate to post here.

Daniel

It's nice to see out purchases give back to the streams we fish. Thanks for doing that Daniel. It's much appreciated. We need to give back what we can and it will come back to us many times over.
