One of the simplest, albeit fundamental and omnipresent items for fly anglers all around, the baseball hat keeps light off your eyes, and lets you focus on the water and fishing without much strain to your eyes. A hat with polarized sunglasses make fishing much easier.
This is the second iteration of our hats, with a larger redesigned logo, dark undervisor (under bill....?)for reduced reflection, and a better overall fit (deeper and nicer).
By Daniel: I have light colored eyes and light can strain them. In my experience the dark undervisor makes a significant difference in reducing light reflection, and I highly recommend using hats with that as a feature for fishing. When out in the water, light is reflected from below to your eyes, and will also bounce on the lower side of your hat back to your eyes. Darkening that portion reduces that reflection and makes a noticeable difference in reducing eye strain.
