You'll have to buy the lengths that Chris has on the Tenkarabum site if you want any. That, or you'll have to go with what you can find in stores or the internet, but they won't be as hi vis as what Chris sells. I've already tried :)

Ha, good luck. I've been looking for about 6 months and can't find anything. I did find one place in China that has it but will only sell to resellers and their minimum order is one million meters. Now I love hi-vis fluorocarbon as much as the next guy but I'm not willing to spend my retirement fund on it. Same yourself the headache and get it from Tenkara Bum.

What I've done is to use the clear fluorocarbon with a short section of hi-vis mono (maybe 10 inches or so) tied on the tip. Mostly I'm interested in knowing exactly where my line ends and my tippet begins - so I know what my fly is doing and where it is. So this system works for me pretty nicely. You get the casting advantage of the denser fluorocarbon, but a hi-viz tip for strike and depth/indication and hi-viz mono is easily obtainable.

Of course, I use the tenkarabum line when I have it though too. But in a pinch the above works pretty well for me.

I haven't used it but I've seen fluorocarbon line that changes color in sunlight, It was at one of the big outdoor retailers, I don't recall which though.
