I had a chance to listen to the show and I thought it was a great interview. I was surprised at the comment Daniel made about his fly selection. One light, one dark, one big, and some small. I am wondering what people listening thought about that, versus matching the hatch. Surprisingly, my box is based on very similar thoughts.

I liked this interview very much also but had to laugh when the interviewer kept botching Daniel's last name.

I like to think of adding a Y in my head when I pronounce it.

Dale (and TJ), thanks for listening in! I really enjoyed doing that live with questions rolling in. It seemed that the more I talked the more questions Roger was getting throughout the show. I think there were a LOT more questions that we never got to answer, and I'd imagine the fly selection one would be part of that too.

The podcast with Orvis just went up too, though I'd really imagine you've had enough of me by now - really, I don't think I could listen to the same person talking about the same topic in a week - so I will not take any kind of offense if you skip it!

I started listening to it earlier today but been crazy hectic so been listening to it in pieces.

I am about 1/2 way done.
