I am in the process of making a net and wondering where I my find the netting and what sizes are available. Mine is going to be fairly small in diameter.

The TUSA nets are out of stock and wont be back in stock for about a month according to this thread post. Not really a problem if you don't already have a tree branch drying on a frame. That is if you are making your new frame from a natural wood branch.

If I remember correctly the net sizes sold by TUSA are 24cm ( ~9 1/2 inches) and 30 cm ( ~11 13/4 inches) in diameter. However, I could be incorrect about the sizes.

Some people prefer to make their net using the rubber Ghost net bags

The small net is 30 inch circumference, about the same as the 30cm TUSA net. And the medium Ghost net is 39 inches in circumference, ~ 12 1/2 inches in diameter.

Perhaps someone else knows of another source for nets. Or may know if I am incorrectly recalling the diameter of the TUSA netting.

Thank you for your reply. This net is going to be for native brookies in the 3" to 9" so I would like to find out so I know how big to make the frame

I see the TUSA nets are now back in stock and see that my recollection of the net size was incorrect. No one else noticed either or did not correct my incorrect information.

The two sizes of net mesh offered are 24cm and 27 cm (10.6 in) in diameter.

Not 24cm and 30cm I incorrectly posted earlier.

If you're looking to make a smaller net, either of these sizes looks like the way to go.
The only other decision to make is the color, black or brown or don't care. ;)
