Anybody use weedless flies, how do they work for you??? The lakes that I like to hit are pretty veggie and I seem to get more weeds than anything. I've read several how to tie instructions but they all lack pictures of the finished fly, and I'm having trouble getting them tied right. Any thoughts? thanks much
Can you specify what kind of fly you want to tie? There are a few different methods for adding a weed guard to flies (most involve a fairly heavy mono loop or V-configuration). But it would be helpful to know the basic fly structure (e.g. woolly bugger, hair bug, etc.).
